For those of you who perform for a living (and waited to the very last minute to do your taxes), there's many hidden deductions which may not be immediately obvious such as depreciation on your primary instrument, cost of maintaining your instrument (strings and/or shop expenses), and travel expenses to your gigs.  Below are some links containing tax tips for musicians.  As always is the case when receiving tax advice, proceed with caution and consult a professional with any specific questions regarding your income and deductions.
