Joshua Tree

Last night, I watched the VH1 Classic Albums episode which featured U2's Joshua Tree (for the second time). It is an absolutely standout episode which really takes the viewer through the creative process and studio experience of the making of that album. What I found most interesting is the depth of layers used to create The Edge's tone. After watching it, you'll never listen to the songs from that album the same way again as you aurally deconstruct the parts trying to hear all the little cool guitar parts. Highly recommended.
